I have sugar on the brain.....

For the past couple of weeks, I have woken up many nights thinking of treats. Yes, I can honestly say I wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning thinking of goodies that I can create.

Look what happened.....it all started here with a little chocolate melting!

and then it becomes:

then came the cookies.....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

These cookies came out so beautiful that I was excited when I looked at them. Better yet, is that they were good too!

Then there is Red Velvet. Now, just to be clear..I have never been a fan of red velvet anything. I decided to test out a few recipes and after many tries, I finally found one that I DO actually like and that I think is good!

Whoo-hoo!

I am off to bake more...sugar is calling!
